My name is Tiffany and I am the owner and CEO of C&T Massage Therapy LLC. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who started a massage business over 10 years ago in Jacksonville, FL. I wanted to start this blog to help people realize the affects that massage therapy has on the body. I would like for this blog to be interactive and meaningful.
